Pool is well maintained and price is fair. It's too busy at times, way too many kids in the outdoor pool and with too many closed lanes (a lot of times they aren't even being used). Forget about the indoor pool, that is 100% kids-only even if they don't advertise it as such. People don't seem to care about lane speeds with fast swimmers using the slow lane all the time (staff should do something about this). Also, please consider staying opened until 10pm at least. Coming from a place where pools would stay opened until 12am (and loving having a swim at night before going to bed), I was shocked to find that there is no pool around that stays opened at night. Big missed business opportunity right here.

Nothing much special. However, they have heated swimming pool at outdoor area, toilet for disability and also gym. They always checked water PH level regulary, but their toilet disability need to be renovated.

Staff are great, all but one who gives my staff a hard time demanding they pay (our client does hydro and it's paid by them) he was making my co worker pay weekly, and hydrotherapy paying too. Wouldn't refund.Tried to tell me client was there previous day with a different female staff member and didn't pay then....funny I am the only female staff member at the workplace. He needs to pull his head in, always rude, and thinks he is right. Now I stroll in, and he avoids eye contact. It has been weeks since this happened, and he still hasn't had the balls to apologise nor refund my client who attends 2x a week. (He demanded my African worker pay or refused our client entry, and my poor staff member was so stressed he kept paying)Other than HIM, everyone is fabulous. All the other staff are lovely and not rude, unlike Mr High and Mighty.

Seems to be very popular. Making lots of money, but the controllers do not seem to look after their vital facilities, like the bathrooms for disabled are neglected, No proper shower curtains, one door lock has been broken for over a month now, even though I've lodged a complaint. Only two disabled toilets. It's sad to see how some disabled people have to wait to get into a bathroom. The staff in attendance and lifesavers are very friendly and helpful. Here we are again 3 months later and the disabled dressing rooms are still not being maintained well at all. The smaller one has had its folding table broken now for 6 weeks. The curtain I complained about has been shabily hand tied at the two ends, no curtain rings for smooth moving. Wish the Council can check their unsatisfactory maintenance of thes facilities. One more thing! No digital clocks for one to time oneself. Only one small old fashioned wall clock on one wall, on which you can hardly see the time from the end of the indoor pool.
