Had issues with our Bosch dishwasher and although it was (just) out of warranty they agreed to repair it under warranty. Quick Fix were their recommended repairer and I was very happy with their communication, customer service, and ultimately getting the dishwasher fixed. James was polite and professional and turned up when he said he would. Would definitely recommend Quick Fix

I give James 10/10 although he’s worth much more than that. Aimiable, courteous, professional, goes the second, third and fourth mile and he gives a complete explanation of the repair job. I whole-heartedly recommend him to whoever reads this review as well as any of my friends who are in needing of appliance issues.

What a pleasant experience. James what can I say, a real example of customer service that goes well and truely above and beyond. This gentleman is not only a walking encyclopaedia of diagnostic knowledge, but also of experience as well. Thank you so much for promptly fixing my asko dishwasher and also adjusting my fridge legs to avoid scraping my kitchen floor tiles (which was not part of your service call).
