Great communication. Delivery was initially was slow to progress, but once I contacted them to enquire it was quickly found and expedited. Replaced missing item from order without hesitation, even though we found it after asking delivery company. Goods arrived as described.

I first drove out to Bathroom Factory Warehouse and met with Nick, who was absolutely lovely and helped me out with a quote. Unfortunately, upon arrival one mirror had been broken, but they were quick to replace it. They even have a tracking app to see where your order is on the delivery day - this was super helpful.
