From the first phone call from Catherine who organised it all and explained everything to the fabulous guys who installed our turf we couldn’t have been more impressed. Catherine was in touch regularly and even managed to bring our installation date forward. Ashran the installer was very professional and his team worked all day and were back the following morning to finish off and clean up. Awesome teamwork and wonderful result. Thank you King Turf.Sue

Very disappointed with this company. Sent measurements, got a quote, paid deposit, booked the grass to be installed 2 months later as per their availabilities... a day before installation they realised their quote was wrong and upped the price from 1.5K to 6.5K This is a 430% increase in the price. Paying a deposit meant nothing they offered refund and walked away.

I am very happy with the artificial turf installation done by King Turf. The turf look so realistic and the installation was done professionally and quickly. I would recommend King Turf

we had the 30mm pet friendly turf installed at our place in Manly, and we love it, not only does it look great, somehow it enhances the rest of the garden features too. Shawn was excellent to deal with, and the guys installing were professional, punctual and friendly. we should have done this years ago! Thanks King Turf!

Sorry for the long review but this is a long and terrible experience that needs to be documented, I never leave bad reviews but this needs to be said.My husband and I just had the dog friendly turf installed in our small yard. After spending A LOT of money on the turf and install, not to mention boarding the dogs so they were out of the way and putting tarps everywhere so the house wasn’t damaged, we could not be more unhappy with our experience. Firstly, when we had someone come and measure and quote us, we specifically told them we had puppies who loved to dig and we were unable to lay proper grass due to poor soil. They assured us that if they lay a timber perimeter around the yard and screw the turf to the timber, that our puppies COULD NEVER dig it up. The install day was delayed (we are quite understanding so that was fine with us, we rescheduled the dog boarding), then the actual day arrived. First it was sprinkling so the contractor told us they probably couldn’t do the job because it would create sinkholes, despite the rain being very light and ending within one hour. They then said they could go ahead and start, great! Then my husband confirmed the details of the job including the timber perimeter, to which the contractor advised he knew nothing about that and it wasn’t needed. We advised it was quoted, PAID FOR, and very necessary given our digging puppies. He then started storming in and out of our home, raising his voice and advised he cannot to the job, was not making enough money on the job, does not have the materials and that the company is very poorly organised! This made us both very stressed and uncomfortable and my husband had to take the day off work. My husband then had to call the person who quoted us to ask what was going on and be assured this would be completed based off our quote and what we paid. An hour and a half and several loud, argumentative and unprofessional calls later (on the contractors part) he advised that the timber will be purchased by the company, however he does not have the tools to complete the job so they need to leave and come back tomorrow. We reluctantly agreed, mildly relieved that it will be completed as quoted with the timber perimeter. 30min later our project manager calls and says he is coming back as he has called in a favour with someone who can do the perimeter! He then comes back with another team and everything is completed. While the job was completed it was not the neatest and very patchy however we decided to leave that be as we were simply relieved to have it done! Fast forward a week and we leave the dogs for 30 minutes to see a family member, check our security camera and find the dogs have ripped up the turf! We checked the playback on this camera to find it took them less than 60 SECONDS (yes we counted) to tear it up. On inspection we found it was not screwed (as we were assured it would be, and again, we paid for). We called the company to ask them to fix it asap and you guessed it, the same contractor arrived with the same terrible attitude! We were very nervous and uncomfortable to have him back in our home and my husband politely asked a few questions to try and confirm what was being done to fix the turf and he was blatantly ignored. It has now been screwed down however it is very patchy, uneven, frayed and we are nervous there could be more issues later on. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else, please be careful if you proceed with this company and ensure that the company communicates what is needed CLEARLY to the contractor, hopefully this will eliminate all the stress, inconvenience and disappointment we have experienced. For so much money spent I would expect better communication and people skills.

We had an artificial turf installed and we are beyond thrilled with the outcome. It looks lush and green and makes the backyard look so much cleaner. The customer service team was great and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Installers were on time, polite and professional. Would highly recommend.
