WA Blinds

Excellent price and service. If you're in the WA Metro area they will install for only 30 dollars per blind, and they'll clean up every speck of dust left too! Couldn't be happier with my new faux wood white Venetian blinds.

Installation was terrible, had to get them out repeatedly to correct. The problems still not resolved. Incorrect brackets used in some areas. Although W.A. blinds was cheaper than some competitors, I regret going with them.- To address your commentary.-The Job was completed in early 22.-Your company (Ryan) was made aware of the new windows being installed from day one and was given a copy of the measurements of the fresh windows being installed. He assured us that you could proceed with those measurements and was confident.Of course you would be required to correct any issues if you were that confident to proceed.-I’m glad you find it funny as you publicly state. Your installer promised to return and fix the drooping blinds. I also left voicemails with Ryan, which he didn’t return.-This is coming up again now because Another set of blinds have fallen down a bedroom.I highlighted during the installation Box Mounting Brackets needed to be used and you promised in writing to do this.. but I received push back when the installer returned.This issue actually had no relation to the new windows. You hung the blinds out of the bulkheads witch have all slagged now.-The installer also didn’t install or leave behind the safety hooks for the draw string to be wrapped around for child safety.

Our experience with WA Blinds has been smooth sailing throughout. Ryan offered us good advice from the start, and the rest just came together. Service was prompt, and installation was exacting at every point. A very professional job, and very pleased we chose Ryan and his Company.

Very happy that I chose the team at WA Blinds to replace some vertical blinds in a property I'm preparing to sell. I was expecting a 2 weeks delivery time frame before installation could occur and had factored this into my schedule. Excellent product, service and delivery. It takes a little while from order to manufacture and delivery, but that’s to be expected for custom blinds. Easy to install and much better tracks and hangers than what they replaced. Budget blockout verticals with no annoying chains, just a simple wand.
