Absolutely amazing, my room is pitch black in broad daylight! Great and professional service from the sales person to the installation person. They gave us a timeframe for measurement and installation and they stuck to it. Fast communication and they answered all our questions. We LOVE our blinds and can finally sleep in on weekends!

Awesome service turn around from measure to install for us was only 20 days. Product works as promised if you work shift work jump on this product, great investment. Will update this post in 6 months to confirm product is still working if this post is older than 6months assume this is a great product.

I recently built in SA and I have a very specific vision for my home, which ScreenAway fit perfectly into. The selections process was a breeze, as I wanted the blinds to closely match my wall colour and for the frame to match my window frame for a seamless result. My blinds only took a few weeks to be made and the installation was arranged straight away. The installers were very thorough and committed to achieving the Blackout effect I was after. I can already feel that my house is cooler now and my first sleep with them last night was amazing - my room catches the morning sun through the windows and a street light at night, both of which were completely blocked. I highly recommend these blinds to anyone wanting a better night sleep and to save on cooling / heating costs!

From sales to installation all staff have been friendly, helpful and positive about their product. There was some confusion recolours between the initial order and the subsequent check measure but the outcome had been good. The motorised ( solar powered) sheer blinds significantly reduce the glare and heat coming from our skylights in a room with very high ceilings. Being able to so easily retract them according to the conditions is a real asset.Thus far, very happy with the company and its product. (Photos don’t do justice as camera is adjusting light)

14 and a half weeks it took from my first consultation until final installation (through no fault of my own).I had numerous issues with screenaway which I won’t bother to list here as the company is very aware of all of my valid grievances with them.The standout and redeeming point for me was my installer. Eric was extremely thorough, patient and communicated everything properly to me.I would love to say I’d use screenaway again, however, before I would, they really do need to improve their communication and scheduling side of the business. I was put out on multiple occasions which left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and shouldn’t occur with a business that prides themselves on Australian quality and charges as such.The reason for high rating is product (noting this really is early days) as only a couple of blinds have a light bleed which is due to window design not product error and Eric who made sure I was 100 percent happy.

Very Happy with the experience with ScreenAway blinds. Sales and communication was excellent throughout and the installation was done promptly and professionally and all rubbish removed. Screens look great but more importantly for me as a shift worker they block out all the light.They are custom made so they do take some time which is one thing to consider.Thoroughly recommend ScreenAway.

I had my Screenaway installed at the beginning of January. They cost us $5000.00 so we thought we were getting a quality product. Unfortunately we were wrong. The installation was sloppy with cables and panels left everywhere! Also the “Smart” part of the blind has never worked! I have tried contacting the company many many times with no luck. I did have one nice guy come out and spend sometime trying to get the smart blinds work with no success. We are now almost in April and our blinds still don’t work and look cheap. Please help me Screenaway! And beware consumer!

I recently had some blinds from ScreenAway installed in my bedroom. The process of getting a quote is very outdated as they offer no price guide or estimate online, everything must be done over the phone. Whilst initially they were frequently in contact to sell me the blinds, communication really dropped off once I purchased them.The sales person was friendly & explained the system to me. I will say some of the promotional material makes some bold claims like that the blinds block sound - which as I expected, the difference is negligible. After my deposit I received no communication until they asked to come measure, then install my blinds. Whilst the sales person measured my blinds, for some reason they send another person on a seperate day to measure again, which I feel was a waste of time.The installer was friendly enough, but the blinds were completely disappointing especially considering their price. The installer basically admitted they measured them wrong, but unfortunately installed them anyway. The workmanship is sub-par, as you can see in my photos. The vertical rails were essentially floating, being held in place by a screw at either end. The bottom of the blind doesn’t even meet my skirting board like they show on many of their promotional photos, & there were some marks on the frame & blind. They also left a bit of mess, which when you market yourself as a premium business, I would have thought more care would be taken.After the install I emailed them about these issues, they didn’t answer any of my questions/concerns but said they would send someone back to fix it. The person they sent was unaware of any of the issues that I had mentioned in my email, but added some pipe cleaner & silicon - which did help secure the vertical tracks & fix the areas where light was coming through. In saying that, even though the blinds aren’t as described, they do block out the light completely. They did offer me a $50 refund but I am yet to receive it. Personally wouldn’t buy blinds from ScreenAway again & would look to a more professional solution to block out light.

I love our ScreenAway Blinds! Other than blocking all the light from the outside, it helped in maintaining the temperature in our room. Our baby can now have a controlled sleeping environment.The blinds are seamless. It blended well with our windows.Lastly, thank you for the ScreenAway team. Service was impeccable. From the consultation to installation, everything was explained properly.
