Two stars is probably flattering but some of the responsibility sits with the designer.Its been a few years post their work and to be honest I'm disappointed with the outcome and wouldn't recommend them.a. Water system they installed.. just awful, never worked from day 1. Installed poorly as I had to spend addition funds post their work to get it to work properly.b. Soil.. whatever they used must have been poor quality and they didn't pack it down properly, I've depressions everywhere, in some locations 10cms.c. No follow up service post as promised.Im sure there are others that had better experiences but thats just my 2 cents..3/12 REPLY TO THE OWNER. UNDER AN ALIAS AND NOT INTERESTED THANKYOU

Had garden rescaped and bluestone put in.1) As a previously established garden there was a section with pebbles and several parts with weed mat. They put the new plants on top of those things and just added the new soil on top. Those plants had no chance and many have died. There was even a concrete easement drain cover which was under maybe 10cm of soil and they put new soil on top and planted a tree right over it. No chance for that to grow sufficient roots.2) Installed the bluestone without digging down and therefore raised the ground level by at least 10cm. My installed clothesline is now too low and they blocked off access for my central heater to be maintained. To hide the change they dropped in mulch around the heater, my hot water heater, and the base of my wooden spa frame which would make it prone to rotting!3) four months after installing the bluestone, tiles have already started to lift and come loose. One of the tiles at the edge has come free completely and it can be seen there is insufficient concrete there.4) they missed quoting on many of the important design features and instead quoted on features that I didn’t want. I picked up on the latter but unfortunately missed many of the former.
