This store is wonderful. The staff there are very knowledgeable and they really go the extra mile to help out customers. I've been to them a few times and they've helped identify computer issues for me and have shown remarkable patience when I've gone to them with problems.They recently put a custom pc together for me in an hour, allowing me to use the storage drives and operating system from my previous computer. I was really impressed.But most of all, I'm impressed by how kind and patient they are with helping everyone who comes through their door. You can't get better customer service than that.If you're ever in need of help with computer related issues, I can't think of any other store I'd go to. HKS Innovation is the shop you want.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They will try to scam you in the scummiest ways. They target people who don't know much about computers and try to skimp where they can. I recently purchased a premade computer from them online. The motherboard in my invoice states an Intel, however the motherboard provided is a cheap Chinese HSGM B85 purchased from ali baba. I wanted 16GB RAM, and they provided DDR3 RAM at DDR4 prices. My invoice stated the GPU was an Nvidia Geforce GTX 650, however the branding indicates this is a cheap Chinese ripoff. I only found this out after doing my own research after I couldn't find drivers for the motherboard.They will take advantage of you where they can. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Do not go to this store!! Unhonest business!! Bought a media box less than 2 years ago and now it has faulty software. Brought it back to the store, I was told they could either install a new software for me or I have to pay $99 annual fee to continue to use the media box which at the time I bought the media box I was told it would not require any annual subscription. I chose to get the new software. Just discovered the new software wasn’t activated when I reached home. This shop is clear unethical and misleading their customers. I won’t buy anything from there anymore!
