17 July 2012 1614hrs I was refused service from this store by very poor counter staff with no education in the current laws surrounding COVID-19. I was refused service as I did not have a mask on due to my health situation having served overseas in the Australian Defence Force. I also had a medical exemption. I informed the staff I did not need to show my personal details as per the Privacy Act & Disability Act and still was discriminated against. More alarming is that I videoed all the incident on my phone and caught people being served after me and not having to sign in via the QLD QR code. Again I was discriminated against. Also A manager" with no uniform was ordering me t turn my phone off. I asked them to call the Police. They also incited bullying from members of the public against me. This also was recorded. Further action is taking place."

Tried to charge me $7 for a single stubbie of Great Northern. Way too overpriced. Go to any other bottle shop, the service and pricing here sucks

Customer service was absolutely disgusting. Bad attitude by the lady behind the counter. Don’t work in a customer base job if you don’t want to deal with customers.

One price advertised online then when you pay its a different price. This has happened on numerous occasions.

So refreshing to walk in store and be welcomed with a smile. Was send to buy a gift for the boss and Andrew went out of his way to make sure I was looked after. Thanks again for the great experience Boss gave the bottle a thumbs up.

Not happy with service I asked the gentleman Is this beer cold in the fridge he said yes Got home to hot beer got and some unhappy trades

I thought it be nice at least once or twice went off walked into your store to be greeted by some customer service but your stuff just walk straight past that even acknowledging you also the young lady that served me today was very busy texting on her phone before she managed to come across to me and serve me and then soon as my transaction went through she went back to her personal messages on her phone there’s other stores I can go to, but this one is convenient but I’m wondering whether not it’s worth it I’m even OK with the exit surcharge are using my card. I just would like a bit of customer service.
