Kassis Karate Academy

A great Academy to start with. The people there are nice and very welcoming.Sensei Rosanna is an amazing and wonderful person. She's very passionate about supporting students achieve their goals. The Academy teaches and promotes respect, manners, discipline, courage and patience. I highly and strongly recommend it to families striving to strengthen their children's self confidence and trust. Kids will love and enjoy learning lifelong skills that will benefit them in the long term. They will be able to stand up for themselves. In addition, the place is nice, quite and well presented. Moved my kids here in March 2016. Have found Kassis Karate Academy to be fantastic. My kids were ready to give up on Karate but since we moved here they love coming and are progressing really well. Each and every child is noticed and praised the parents are lovely and the environment is just fantastic. Great instructors!

My kids and I are treated with so much respect here. We checked out many schools but none come close. Professionalism and quality second to none. Been with them 3 years now.

In late February 2017 my children aged 6 & 11 decided to try karate, and we were referred to Kassis Karate by friends. I visited their website, where they had two different introductory offers, and signed both children up the offer of five (5) lessons and a gi (uniform) for only $29. I was contacted by Rosanna KASSIS who welcomed us to Kassis Karate, and also by Neville who is the senior instructor at the local dojo in Riddells Creek. On Tuesday 28 February 2017 the kids attended their first training session at Riddells Creek.. They both had the time of their life, and the instruction and assistance provide by Neville and the other seniors was terrific. The kids certainly expelled plenty of energy during the class, and were made to feel welcome by all instructors and students. The class was a safe, welcoming and learning environment, which was strongly focused on developing the children, using the fundamentals and principles of karate. The kids can't wait for their next classI was so impressed with Kassis Karate that I decided to return to karate (it's been a long time) so I can be part of the same club with my kids. I signed up that night and start next Tuesday.The learning and welcoming environment impressed our whole family, that we felt it important to take the time to thank Neville and all others that assisted on Tuesday, and we are all excited and looking forward to being part of Kassis Karate.

Great place to start at for Karate. Really good coaches/instructors, especially the man.Very stuffy and hot in the place, though. My brother got very bad allergic rhinitis and had to leave early.

The instructors at Kassis really love what they do. As a result the training is of an really high standard. Combine this with the fact that they really care for the kids, and you have the best Karate club in Melbourne. Our kids really love Kassis Karate Academy.
