I found Bob on google. I rang Bob at 7.20 am on a Monday (as his ad stated he is available after 7am weekdays). He arrived at my house by 8.30ish am same day. Efficiently took photos. Told me what I needed to do to comply. I got it done (tree to be removed as pictured), sent him photos to confirm and he issued a certificate on the same day. The certificate and email was professional and detailed. Bob was so easy to deal with from the get-go. A funny man, easy-going, efficient and responsive! Couldn't have made a stressful situation any easier! I've spoken to other inspectors who are quite 'staunch' and charge double fees for re-attendance. Bob's fees are extremely competitive!
