Shame no negative ratings are available. I have provided all the answers in response to the owners Q's but a week later and still no reply!!I had my brows, lip &chin waxed at their Barkly Square salon. I asked for just a tidy up of my brows and specified 'no shaping, just a tidy up'. When I was finished, 'S', the attendant, had left me with really thin brows. She then recommended I use a brow powder until they grow back. I bought a blonde powder at the Prahran store on Monday. According to the outside of the pkg it was blonde but the powder inside was brown instead. I went back next day and the person working on the day was extremely rude. She sat there, no greeting as I entered. Too busy on her phone! Looked up, gave me a dirty look and looked back at her phone. When I explained my issue she just grunted, still no word....I asked her if she understood what I was saying, still no word. I asked her again and she finally looked up and said it was my problem as I shouldn't have used the powder without making any effort to check. I told her I definitely didn't touch it but she insisted, picked up her phone and started to walk away. I asked her what was going on as I had a doctor's appointment and needed to get the issue resolved. She finally said she needed to contact the manager. I asked for the manager's name but she didn't answer me. She proceeded to put gloves on and walked into another room without saying a word.... I asked her what's going on and she just stared at me and didn't say a word...I have never experienced anyone behaving this way. She never asked for my number so she could get back to me, she literally didn't talk at any stage.... Not even a yes. no. please. thank you.....simply unbelievable. If you are considering going to this place for any kind of service, do yourself a favour and keep walking - there is an excellent beautician nearby in King St.

Probably the worst brows I’ve ever had, she didn’t even take my eyebrow pencil off before hand, trim the hairs or tweeze any stray or offer me a mirror before or after. I’m so annoyed that I didn’t read the reviews before hand. I haven’t had my brows done in over a year and was really looking forward to it. Now they are super thin and uneven. So rude when I walked in also.

I always have a wonderful experience at Beauty and brow Parlour Pran. I’ve been going since late last year and due to my eyebrow hair growth I’m there almost every week! My brows are always looking good, and the team is always ready to take care of me. The price point is amazing ($10 for threading - yes!) I will continue going back as I love the way my eyebrows look each time I visit! Thanks !

Worse experience ever. Visited today around 12.30pm. I’ve had eyebrow threading done at multiple places but never like this. She was very rough, rushed and it felt like she was pulling out the whole eyebrow. When I told her how painful it was she made excuses. When I saw the red blood mark she left I refused to pay. My job involves public contact and now I look like have had botched waxing.

Lovely did my brows today and they looked really good! I’ve been coming to see her for the last couple months! Great value and she’s really quick and neat!

I get my brows done every 3 weeks and used to go to beauty and brow parlour. Not anymore. Nearly no consultation and no talking, and when I said tidy up the shape she instead decided to reshape one of my brows. Also way more painful than normal, the most painful experience with threading

The surly worker didn't ask me what kind of shape I was after, nor did she hygienically prep the area (or even wash/sanitise her hands.) Just asked what colour. No consultation on what would actually look good. She didn't trim or brush the brows, had the thread around her neck the whole time. No aloe vera to help with redness afterwards. The timer she used with the tint was stained and disgusting. I won't be going back.

Really horrible experience with badly trained staff. They left the premises half way through the treatment to run their own errands and gave me a completely different facial treatment than I had asked for.
