The most delicious, tender, juicy, crunchy chicken on the planet.Tasted fresher than anything else. Large portions.friendly staff. They should easily put the other fried chicken place out of business. No photos because I couldn't stop.

I feel really sad for the owner. They have excellent crispy chicken and the worst employees at the same time. The long haired guy is so rude and not a good fit for serving. He is a bad face for the shop. He is always at the back! Good luck management!

As almost everyone who gave 1 star complained about the rude and unhelpful staff with long hair , it's a shop to avoid. The picture advertised don't match the food served. Suppose to give a side of salad instead I get backed potatoes - more carbs. Chicken is alright but KFC is probably better. Management should sack the staff that EVERYONE complains about. Otherwise, Ur shop will lose more customers.

When you advertise your food in images and place it on display, I expect to receive the same items as what is displayed.The staff here are very unhelpful and have no response to my questions except for “I’m not the boss!”I was charged extra for sauce when I simply asked for it to be placed on the side instead of on top of the chicken. It is free ontop…but not on the side..that is additional $2! I have eaten at other Ochicken in different suburbs, and they always included the sauce on the side!Don’t advertise your meals as sauce on the side if you are not including that on the meal and train your staff how to answer questions properly instead of “I’m not the boss!”

I was about to order Snow Cheese Chicken but the staff this afternoon was shouting at me and very rude. YOU ARE THE MANAGER OF THIS SHOP, PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMER PROPERLY. NEVER BUY FROM HERE ANYMORE. REMEMBER YOUR STAFF GOT PAID FROM YOU BECAUSE WE ARE THE CUSTOMER PAYING YOUR FOOD. DON'T BE SO RUDE.

The chicken wings and drumsticks were reasonable in size. It was crunchy and the fries were freshly cooked. Purchased the 7 wings (spicy) and chips pack which came with a drink and sauce - I chose garlic and soy sauce. The staff was friendly and helpful.The second time I went, I purchased the 7 wings and chips pack along with 3 fried drumsticks. The staff this time was not friendly. They did not give me sauce and when I was about to ask the staff member walked away. The fries were freshly cooked, the wings were good but the drumsticks were on the drier side.

We have the chicken strip's and was very blend and dry. End up buying from kfc near the shop.I'm afraid despite its branded as Korean chicken, its not Korean fried chicken.If its just called any chicken shop I will not feel as ripe off and lied too.

I bought chicken with salad and the long haired guy who served me didn't give me any fork. When I asked for the fork he told me that they didn't have any and I should go somewhere else and grab it. He wasn't even sorry. It's annoying that management doesn't do anything even after people posting pictures of the same guy with bad reviews.

Great for a quick value meal. Most things are pre-fried.Had the Cup Bap meal for $12.98 - comes with rice, a portion of chicken bites with sauce of your choice, salad and a can of drink. Chicken was crunchy, fairly tender and juicy. Salad was dry and stale.Service could be better.
