Centaur Software Development

Adding to my review previously, listed below as Sue Arscott. Hats off to Centaur for taking the time to personally call me and explain what is happening with HealthEngine and the OBS and not just anyone at Centaur but someone who understood the intricacies of what is happening between the two companies. I so appreciated an honest, unrushed discussion and learning the facts. In a nutshell, Centaur is trying to protect the patient privacy of all clients and HealthEngine is not being so diligent in this area. In this day and age, none of us can take risks here with our clients. I still like the marketing HealthEngine brings to the table (but not at the expense of Patient privacy) however I am always prepared to check out new products which I'm told Centaur has... we shall see. But, whilst my jury may be out on marketing it's not out on patient privacy - well done Centaur

To D4W,I would just like to email and let you know that our dental clinic, particularly our head Principal Dentist and one of our dental assistants cannot thank Kieron Franklin enough for his help today 02/05/2023. Within 30 minutes he completely resolved an extremely detrimental and urgent problem we've had for over 24 hours that someone else at D4W yesterday spend over an hour trying to fix but could not. I cannot explain how happy, thankful and grateful I am towards Mr. Franklin and he should be very much commended for his efforts. Thank you Kieron. We have been a customer for some 15 years or more with Centaur software and for many of those have paid for the full support package. Recently we wanted to offer digital appointments online and naturally our first stop was with a product offered by Centaur. We paid for the service and whilst Centaur helped with the setup that was the end of it. The Book on-line" button took our clients to a different web page - our own page - but not one within our website. Centaur didn't have any system in place to advertise or to maximise traffic to this page. We perservered for quite awhile but found it ineffective so we moved to HeathEngine. HeathEngine are proactive in advertising and in promoting your business We never took up the full integration option which HealthEngine offered as we have worked with Centaur for a long time. We always upgrade and pay a monthly fee to keep Centaur upgraded. However now Centaur has written a code into their latest software which prohibits the two software programs talking to each other at all. So we loose our online booking system and the traffic that comes from it. What a shame Centaur has decided to hit it's loyal customers with such a back handed way of doing business. No warning to give us a choice

We have been using the program since 1993. Centaur's support staff go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Great customer support and excellent software. Highly recommended.

I use D4W everyday, it's reliable 99/100 and the tech support is there for the 1/100 when you need help. Tech support always has solved my problem on the first call.
