Although the lovely technician in the end could not repair my iPhone on the day due to her supervisor being absent (not her fault), she displayed excellent customer service and was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely recommend this business, and would take my phone back again, anytime.

The staff were very helpful, they helped me change over my phone screen protector and camera. When picking up my phone they informed me they didn't have stock on the appropriate model since my phone is older but they tried everything they could before returning the phone. For the trouble they didn't even charge me for the camera protector.

The staff was super amazing and generous! I asked for a IPhone 13 mini case with a wallet in the back, and expected it to be expensive but it was $28 and they gave me a $6 off! Now I think that’s one of the best staff I’ve ever seen keep up the good work
