It is a truly special butcher. They are really friendly and super helpful. Virtually everything is done in house, locally sourced, and made with love. They even smoke their own bacon!Fantastic sausages and small goods, great steaks! Treats for the dog, and a selection of dairy products like local milk, cheese and butter.Highly recommend any of their products.

One of the best butchers I've ever been lucky enough to find. Locally sourced and grass fed meats (the way it should be).Luckily for me he now stocks in South Hobart which saves the 45 minute drive.Keep doing what your doing fellas!

I bought a pack of Grass Fed Lamb Chump Chops on Friday and was so disappointed with the quality. In fact the second layer of chops was NOT chump chops at all. I felt the label on the pack did not represent what was in fact inside the pack.
