I had ham in my cheese tomato roll, even though I confirmed is it suitable for vegetarians.This is really disappointing that this shop is showing carelessness and doing contamination.I have allergies with meat, and I had to suffer results of shop’s carelessness.

Very nice Baker's Delight store. We had our favourite treat, the walnut and apple scroll and it was delicious. Staff is very friendly and service is good. I just wish they would have the vegan pizzas.

Staff are friendly and polite. I buy bread and other products daily and the awesome pizza bases most weekends- always fresh, always great quality. The young team are a credit to the brand.

Extremely disappointed by having to eat stone cold pizzas. Not having a functional microwave oven is a not a good enough excuse. No serviettes either. Conveniently run out of them. It was too awkward to cancel the order at the cash counter so I just wasted all the money buying pizzas fit for the bin.

I had one lady heat up a ham cheese danish for me, then I go back in another day and they apparently they don’t heat them up so in another words the worker couldn’t be bothered to go round the back to heat it up, useless and incompetent

Poor quality rolls l bought today,the tops turned to breadcrumbs as l cut them,and close to hollow ,more like the vietnamese rolls you can buy 6 for $2! NEVER AGAIN.

The lady that runs this store is a bit clueless on what determines a successful business model. Our company attempted to purchase 20 scones and was rudely told we should have given a few days notice for them to make extra, so that weren't inconveniencing all the other muffin lovers of Canberra out of their morning treats >_< Sorry for attempting to buy you out of products, yet to experience a business where that's a bad thing, yet somehow the Bakers Delight owner of Civic expects customers to be more considerate when buying an abundance of items ENABLING THEM TO SELL OUT ! Perfect example of the difference between a business owner and someone that couldn't care less about the money that goes into it
