Gutter Relief

I called Jay on a weekend, quite desperate after the lashing we endured from a heavy downpour the previous evening. Our gutters had overflowed and the rain had poured into our enclosed, furnished pergola. Despite being the weekend, and the short notice, Jay had come out. He climbed up on the roof and checked our gutters. He informed me that our gutters were fine. It was just the heavy rain that had caused the overflow. The honesty, without sparing any effort to check painstakingly, impressed me immensely. I asked Jay if I could pay him for his trouble. He politely refused, informing me that our gutters were fine and required no cleaning or corrective work. It was a joy and immensely refreshing to see such honesty and competence in this day and age. I shall only use Jay in the future, should the need arise, and have highly recommended him to all my friends and family. Thank you once again Jay.
