I just wanted to put a review on as we just had SA water come out to clear some drains etc. The guy, Jake that came was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, very personable and extremely helpful. Great customer service and an asset to SA Water

Feed up to the hilt with S.A.Water. I do NOT have regular access to the internet. I have rang S.A. Water since the day after I received my last water account as I had a problem with it. I have rang NINE (9) Times, continually on hold & recorded messages and NOT once got to speak to anyone: After being On Hold" for ages every time had to end up hanging up

Had some seepage from the inspection point outside my home. Called SA Water at 8.45am, within 90 mins a team was there fixing the issue. An hour later a professional clean up team disinfected the area. Friendly support and incredibly swift service provision.

Sa water just turned the water off without any prior notice and sent a message 10 minutes later . When I called the call centre , they had no idea of any repairs happening in our area. They need to realise , not every one stores drinking water in their houses. This is appalling.

It would be nice to know when the water is going to be turned off in our street. Now we have 4 hours with no water for a family of 5 people without warning. Thank you very much SA Water.

Quite possibly the most useless company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We live in a home with gates and have a dog so having to leave the whole place open for a 12 day period until one of their delicate geniuses turns up to read our metre is ridiculous. Our dog has to stay stuck inside for that whole period and anyone can waltz on in through our yard. A shorter read period to satisfy your customers cannot be that hard. You need to do better...

Had two meter issues on the same property. Logged the jobs via their online fault reporting tool on the Monday afternoon which eluded to a 5-7 day resolution window. As I was leaving for work the next morning a bloke from SA water was already there and ready to fix the issues and had them resolved before I came home from work. All notifications were given via text and super happy with the customer service I received along with the incredible response time. Well done SA water!
