Beer fridge nowhere near cold enough. You are buying cool not COLD items. This is very disappointing if you're buying items that wont be consumed for a while. staff are aware of this criticism - management seem unprepared to do anything about it.

Helpful staff and generally quiet. Parking can be hard in peak hours but coles is next door so most times it's not an issue. Prices are ok.

Surprisingly good selection of Whisky. Very friendly staff too and has ample parking at the front for convenience.

Ok but all the wine is sorted by brand not type of wine. So it makes it hard to browse without help from staff. Why dont they shelve wine sorted by type like all the other shops?

So disappointed at the customer service today. Everyone needs to educate themselves on laws and behave accordingly. You cannot legally deny service to anyone that has a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. Only a bio security officer and not the police or a shop owner has the authority to see your medical exemption either.Under the privacy act 1988 are our rights.To also be yelled at whilst recording me and bullying me to leave the store whilst I was completely calm is ignorance and utter rudeness by the angry staff member . It’s a sad day when you’ve been supporting small businesses in your area for years only to be treated with such ignorance.

I approached the counter with a gift voucher asking for the attendant for a little bit of help and was told it’s up to the customer to know how to use the gift voucher.., zero customer service. Never spending money here again.

Always great service. Good variety and always specials and good value for money deals.

Bought a 6 pack of Leffe beer on special, got home found its over a month past Best Before Date. Sale sign didn’t mention this. Disappointed, will not return.
