Narangba Timbers exceeded my expectations! Made an online query (as it was the weekend) and got a phone call first thing Monday to answer my questions. The website was easy to use, and my order arrived far earlier than expected! Your driver, Shannon, in what I think was crane truck #2, delivered an order to us this morning.He couldn't access the area that we'd cleared in the side carport so with his help we worked out an area in the front yard that he could get it to, avoiding overhead power lines.He was such a friendly, jovial bloke, nothing was too much trouble despite ours being one of his first deliveries and problematic.Shannon is a great representative for your company, he deserves a pat on the back and made my day with his can-do attitude.Thanks Shannon!And impressed with your product pricing, thankyou!

Great service from the whole team, The Sales team helped source all the specialty hardwood for a Gazebo project that other larger suppliers couldn’t. Joshua from Sales was extremely helpful with his knowledge on decking finish too.Delivery prices are very very reasonable also, a big help.

The sales team at Narangba Timbers has been great, I've had the pleasure of dealing with both Josh & Greg in the sales office and they're both as helpful and considerate as each other. They've gone above and beyond to assist with our project and I can't recommend them enough. Very competitive prices, great service and the delivery process is great, you are able to track the truck so no sitting around waiting all day :-)

I recently ordered some fencing timber from Narangba Timbers, and I was very pleased with both the service and the timber I received. Upon delivery, George offered to help me move the heavy long capping timber I had ordered into my backyard, as I didn’t want it left in my driveway.Normally George doesn’t do this but at the time I was sick, hence he kindly offered to help. I was very appreciative of George’s help. However, just to be clear, this is not something George normally does, he helped me because I was sick at the time.So, I recommend Narangba Timbers for anyone wishing to purchase timber in The Hills District.

Purchase timber here for DIY, landscaping and renovations. Recently bought a relatively large load of hardwood for a project. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Emailed in the list and received the quote first thing the following morning. Called Josh who helped me quickly add a few bits. Quick friendly service.Thanks Josh

Narangba timbers - pleasure to deal with and Josh Clarke's service was exceptional. He helped with all of my random questions about timber and assisted with guiding me as to what to purchase, volumes required etc. Order process was seamless, delivery on time with no issue at all, and even a follow up call from Josh, checking everything was all good. Highly recommend Narangba Timbers and their great staff like Josh.

These guys are just brilliant to deal with. I have used for a couple of home DIY projects, two that have involved delivery. I messed up a recent online order, but a quick call into them and it was sorted in 2 minutes. Delivery was made exactly when they said. Highly recommend
