I got a Groupon voucher for an hour massage for $39 at Helensvale chiro centre. As I had a bad neck and shoulder pain the night before, I needed to get in for the massage as soon as possible. I called at around 2.30pm and managed to get a slot at 5pm that day. Upon arrival, I was received at the reception for registration and pretty quickly whisked into the treatment room. I was warmly received by the masseuse whim I cannot remember her name now, so sorry. After letting her know about my pain areas, she said she would focus on those areas and began to work magic. I do have massage very regularly but her hands were out of this world! She did replicate a number of moves that my chiropractor does and hence I knew it was legit. I noticed that she often closed her eyes in order to feel the knots and problem areas! She went for the points in a firm yet gentle enough such that I would not experience pain the day after. The time went by quite quickly and I felt pretty good when it ended. To me, what constitutes a great massage is how I feel the following day -unnecessary pain was not what I was interested in. That night I did not experience the pain I felt the night before and hence I was pleased. I cannot remember the massage here enough and would definitely return when I'm back at the coast! 12 months ago, I walked into Helensvale Chiropractic Centre looking and feeling like a hunched over little old lady. I had numbness in my left arm, tingling in my fingers and a pain around my shoulder blade and neck which left me quite limited in movement. I was in constant pain and had a substantial hump at the base of my neck.My first appointment was with Robyn, the Massage Tharapist. She was kind and calming and gave the best massage I've ever had. After many questions to and fro she suggested that it might be a good idea to see John the Chiropractor, just to make sure that everything was OK with my neck. I will be forever grateful to her that she did.My next visit was with John Warnock The Chiro". He took images to show the alignment of my body and sent me off for X-rays. They came back showing that I had a degenerative bone disease in my neck and upper spine

Absolutely amazing. I get such a great physical and emotional release afterwards. All the pent up pressures and stresses that manifest into the body are released. John is lovely and knows exactly what he’s doing. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Dr John every fortnight for many, many years & would highly recommend him to anyone. I suffer with lower back pain caused by severe scoliosis . He is very professional & has booked me in at short notice without hesitation when required. I also have an hour massage every fortnight with Robyn. Best Chiro I have been to and when I was playing for the Canberra raiders we saw a Chiro regularly. I also had a broken neck and did a lot of research for who was able to help relieve the pain from the compressed nerve. John has been the best and always so friendly and accommodating.
