Rang the company to organize a quote Friday one week. For the following week Friday. Was told that electrician will call. They lady on the phone assured me the job could be done on the Friday and the electrician will come in and give quote.No call received. Called up on Tuesday following week. Was told electrician will call. Electrician called Wednesday to come around for quote. Quote not given. Electrician was walked around the house but didnt take note of what needed to be done butinstead wanted a detailed list of what he was shown. Very lazy servicing.Called Friday morning. That the electrician will not be able to come as they have had unforseenable jobs. And quote cannot be given because of the detailed list.I called to provide feedback and I was told that the company does not need my business or my feedback. The person I spoke to was very defensive.I am a working mother. I took time off today so I could have this service provided. But to be told that my business is not a priority. You say you have been in business for over 25 years?! I'm sorry but you dont conduct business like this. You may not need our business but we need reliable humane businesses.

Unprofessional. Dishonest. Rude. Aggressive. Quoted me a price of $400. On completion told me it would actually be $1200. But he said he would take $900 because he put a hole in my toilet wall. When I questioned the price and asked for an itemized receipt I was told by Graeme he doesn't provide those and he would be back in the morning to rip out the work he had done. I was trying to support a local business. I would steer clear of any work done by Graeme Furguson. He verbally abused and threatened me. Absolutely disgusting, disappointing and disgraceful. Consumers beware.
