After shopping around several Melbourne hospo furniture makers, we have engaged Strand for our refurbishment project at Steer Dining Room. The team were very helpful, timely and had great attention to detail. Most other furniture makers were hesitant to do an on-site measurement until a large deposit is paid however Strand Furniture understands the nature of the industry and provided personalised service, on-site measurement with no fuss, and was across every aspect of the project. Excellent customer service, high quality products with a great understanding of hospitality furnishing requirements. Also helpful in post-delivery assistance in regards to maintenance advice, warranty, etc. Highly recommended.
