Vale Discount Pharmacy

Separating Rapid test that come in a pack of two and selling them for $17 each. Such a horrible way to take advantage of desperate people. Shame on you.

I have been a loyal customer of Vale Medical Pharmacy for over 8 years, but I shall not be returning or recommending them again. I order a monthly medication that requires federal government approval for 5 repeats. I keep my prescription on file at the premises as the total worth of all repeats comes to nearly $5000 without government approval (I only pay $50 with government approval). There was an old prescription that was expired, but I dropped off a new one over 2 months ago and had used the new script to order my medication. I arrived to pick up my medication I had ordered only to be told the script had expired, but reiterated I had dropped off the new one and had already ordered from it previously. The staff searched the scripts on file yet couldn't find. In summary, the pharmacy lost my prescription and I was not able to access my medication.If this was a useless medication (e.g. for cholesterol) I wouldn't care in the slightest. But this prescription is for an autoimmune condition and to lose an expensive script and then claim that they didn't order from the new one I dropped off previously is really disappointing. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning to Vale Pharmacy again.

It took a while to get an account up and running, but they are a great bunch of people.

We made a trip to be at at your shop 7:15am and arrive to find hours stuck on door say you open at 8:00am each day, being sick I am very unhappy. Change the opening time in the web site, this is inconvenient and selfish

Love this little pharmacy, super convenient! The pharmacists and dispensary techs are always extremely friendly and helpful! 10/10
