East Built delivered an architecturally designed extension and renovation for us in 2020. True to the architect's vision, the team did a top quality job, on time and on budget. They had an eye for detail, were clear and honest communicators and true to their word. A reliable team to have onsite at 7am each day. I would highly recommend James and the East Built crew for your next build.

We’ve utilised EastBuilt several times over the last few years completing our flooring and skirting in our apartment and later renovating our bathroom, building a pergola and installing a retaining wall when we bought a house.James was professional, efficient and had highly competitive prices. His team are all highly capable, friendly and down to earth.EastBuilt are the only company we’ll use when building or renovating in the Illawarra.

James and his team at Eastbuilt were nothing short of fantastic! They had a tight schedule to get our family into our home before Christmas and the arrival of our baby - and he delivered.James attention to detail is exactly what you expect and want from your builder. There were many items we hadn't thought of that James brought to our attention, as a result we have a home we love! Highly recommend James from Eastbuilt!

James and his team did an internal renovation to our miners cottage in Thirroul, having been recommended by a few friends. He was incredibly helpful when we were planning the work (and patient as we had several changes) and delivered the job on time, on budget to a very high standard. We were really pleased and can't recommend East Built highly enough
