Woolworths Baxter

Called WW Baxter to check stock for a 365 day Vodafone $250 prepaid plan that was on promo for $150. The staff were brilliantWoolworths Langwarrin didn't even know what I was talking about. The Langwarrin branch manager provided some unhelpful advice....' just call around other stores and see if they have any'Thankyou Woolworths Baxter for having the stock and for your proactive focus!Paul

Leaving a review for my mum who shopped at this store this week. My mum advised me that she had put cat food in her trolley as she was purchasing quite a few of the small ring pull cans she grabbed multiple at one time, when going to the check out she had noticed a horrible stench but continued to put her items on the conveyer belt, this was until she noticed a juice starting to drip down her arm. By this point the smell was so bad the check out girl had stopped scanning items and and they were now both using hand sanitiser, this did not not get rid of the smell! My mum noticed one of the cat food cans was actually open and had MAGGOTS ALL OVER IT! The lid of the can was half split open and they were coming out. Staff called the manager who wouldn't come near it and got one of the junior staff to come and put it in a plastic bag to get rid of it, at this point it was noticed that this juice was covering majority of the shopping and bags, the manager made a huge point of replacing 3 of her 5 shopping bags for free. She then had to go and redo her shopping of the items that were tainted! It's worth noting that the check out girl was actually taken off the register by the manager because she was so was distressed about the situation. This was an over $300 shop and I do not believe that the customer service that my mum received regarding this situation was adequate in comparison to how the team member was treated.

I shop here regularly as it's convenient but lately noticing more and more that's it's certainly not the friendliest Supermarket in the area, and customer service......well lacks immensely. Time to move on !!!!

BEWARE. WW 750 g roasted salted peanuts. They must have changed suppliers . I got food poisoning from eating 2 to 3 hand fulls at a time. It caused vomiting for 7 hours last night ,this is the second time it has happened. All wollies stores not just Baxter.

Last week I bought a lovely cooked chicken and then a small pasta salad and a tabouleh (one of my favourites). How disappointed I was when dishing up my salad to find the tabouleh was a day out of date. As I was preparing to go out, I didn't have time to return it.

For some reason, this is my go-to woolworths nowhere near my house, but I work everywhere and will always come to this one. I feel like the people who shop here are just way nicer. lol I have social anxiety, but it never plays up here.
