Wonderful girls very helpful but the area is so small you could hear every loud conversation. The girls while on the phone had to cover one ear from the other operators and clients laughing and joking. Very happy atmosphere but they need a bigger shop or more screened area'sGreat service though

Asked for a quote over two weeks later, after chasing a response the itinerary/quote turned up poorly laid out, and after checking the flight prices out online, they where more than double the airlines on website, terrible service won't waste my time with them ever again

Amazing! Wasted 2 hours internet searching, talking to Qantas staff acquaintance and on hold with Qantas to work out how to book a 12 yo as an unaccompanied minor... Vanessa at FC Bribie island picked up the phone right away and I had a ticket and forms all sorted in 10 minutes! LOVE Flight Centre and wouldn't go through anyone else. Thank you!:))
