TLF offers a large range of outdoor fitness classes for all levels. I have found the trainers to be very motivating, professional and organised. No two classes are ever the same. Totally recommend TLF for all your fitness needs.

I have been attending Tarryn Lucas Fitness classes for around 3 years now and highly recommend them. All the trainers are fantastic, very professional and make each class comfortable, fun and challenging. There are plenty of classes to pick from so I can always find something that works for my schedule. Highly recommended!
