I think when my association with Masons started the internet wasnt.Its approaching 20 years now that Masons have managed my property. Now that I reside in Queensland it makes no difference to their high standards. I do my best to assist by being reasonable in all matters --well I hope so. AS a landlord I muse what star rating I -- we might get?Anyone can expect the highest standards from my experience and will of course task them with the sale of my property in due course.

Very disappointed in the lack of service and communication recently. Applied for a rental and hadn’t heard after a week. Rang to enquire about our application and was told they had had a very busy week and short on staff. Ok, can understand that. We were told the applications were being processed as we spoke and we would be notified that afternoon or Monday as it was a Friday. Never heard from them, at all. In this time of great stress and difficulty to find housing, it was a huge disappointment and expected better, like we received from other real estates. I hope things improve so others don’t have to be left stressed and wondering.
