Amazing experience. Food was divine.. especially the bug meat and the snapper. Wagyu dumplings were a highlight! Loved they had seperate menus for dietary requirements. Service felt like ‘home’.. lovely evening, thank you!

Came here for our anniversary and got the banquet. There is a long staircase to entry, so if you struggle with steps take the stainless steel lift behind the staircase.When we entered, service was polite, we were able to order and given sufficient attention from the staff.We ate banquet 1, taste was good from most dishes. I enjoyed the fish the most, though beef brisket was dry compared to honestly most Chinese restaurants even at the $15 range sorry. Fried chicken was good too, like Korean Fried Chicken, meat was fresh and outside crispy.Generally it was good, atmosphere was amazing at night time we got views to the storey bridge, music wasn't too loud, lighting was comfortable, waiters were good, other guests were polite.They have toilets in their restaurant, kept clean, not just white inside, the taps look a bit more unique which is a plus.Overall we had a good night.

Planned dinner with my girlfriends at Madame Wu @ 71 Eagle Street Brisbane , a group of 8. I had fairly reasonable expectations. 5 in the group opted for a Banquet menu. The food was average. It lacked a “Wow” factor. Only people who love Asian food would understand.I observed a very poor standard of service, Madame Wu management should consider re training their staff on etiquettes to serve a banquet menu.1. There was 1 paper slip banquet menu provided for 5 of us to share. Very odd.2. Steel cutlery was piled up on one side of the table to be used.3. The 4 course mains was all servers in 3 separate bowls to be shared.4. There was no clearing of the plates with replacements whatsoever and we were expected to eat all flavours of food mixed up in the original plate. That was the worst part.Upon indicating this experience to the service chief at the billing counter, he told me that “ it happened because all the 8 members in the group did not opt for a banquet meal” . What rubbish excuse was that.Yup after spending half a grand for a dinner, I don’t feel like Madame Wu be my best natural choice next time. Good Luck.

Great view onto the river. Nice pleasant service. The food was nice, but not amazing. It seemed rather bland unlike other Asian places I tried. The chicken ribs were juicy and very tasty.

Amazing food & service. We sat on the balcony which had coverage, heating and gorgeous views of the Story Bridge. The ambience was perfect (we could have a conversation without raising our voices, but couldn't hear others' conversations). We ordered the banquet, which was divine, and despite stuffing ourselves silly, couldn't eat it all. We went for our anniversary and they went the extra mile and made us feel extra special. I highly recommend the Madam Wu cocktail!

Went there last monday around 6:30pm. Not fully booked so got a sit with amazing views. The drink is really cool but the food and service are not up to standard. The entree of prawns toast were over cooked. Wait an hour for the salty roasted duck. No one told the waiting time for it as the kitchen have problem after 45mins. So really hungry, just to order a dessert at 8pm first to avoid another 1hour waiting. The staff thought we already finished and removed the plate and chopsticks. However, i haven't had any. Then they just put it back, it totally impolite. Felt really disappointed with this fine dinning experience. Especially, celebrated my sister's birthday.

Had a wonderful night here! The foods are not too oily or salty, and the drinks are fresh. Everything is just perfect! The staffs are rlly helpful and remembers our requests and allergies, which is rlly nice experience! Will come back next time and cant wait to try more foods!!!

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food.We had the $50pp lunch banquet and the food was amazing. The highlight was the starters as they were packed with flavour. The mains were mostly good with the Wagyu being the stand out.Venue is beautiful with stylish furniture and amazing river views.Service was great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting by the river. The chicken ribs were a huge hit with the group. We all over ordered but were happy with everything. The restaurant was busy for a Saturday night, so the service wasn’t as prompt & personable. That being said, the restaurant were kind enough to give me a Bday shot at the end of our meal.
