The Site Foreman

Our experience with The Site Foreman has been excellent. In redesigning the front of our home, we found a diligent, experienced and capable team. Our architect had a great creative vision, providing plans for the look we have wanted for years. The project management team are responsive and knowledgeable, making the council application process far easier than it would have been otherwise. I highly recommend The Site Foreman for any home design and renovations.

The team were very efficient in getting our design and CDC done in under three months cause we were in a hurry. They also sent us all the documents we needed as soon as they were ready even though it was the Christmas holidays when their office was shut down.

Natasha and Stephen from the Site Foreman have been generous beyond our expectations with their time and experience. They were extremely responsive and very friendly. Although we've chosen not to proceed with them at this time, we appreciate the valuable guidance they gave us.

We have used The Site Foreman for architectural design, tender management and project management for our recent renovation. At each stage we found the services provided were well worthwhile and reasonably priced. The team are professional in their approach, explained each step well, took our particular requests into consideration and paid attention to the small details. Our project manager was excellent and was invaluable in monitoring the progress and quality of the project, facilitating communication between us and our builder and negotiating variations with our builder. Overall we have been very pleased with The Site Foreman as they have reduced a lot of the stress and uncertainty with undertaking our project and we have been very pleased with the end product of our renovation.

He has been so professional, supportive and we’ve greatly appreciated his in-depth knowledge and experience. He has contributed to every site meeting in a positive way and on many occasions offered solutions to issues or challenges that have come up. We've had a very poor and very dragged out experience with TSF for both their architectural and interior design services - led by poor management and staff turnover leading to huge delays in communication and significant inefficiencies.This is with the exception of Nadia Coratella who is the only good thing about them and deserves praise and acknowledgement for her proactive and outstanding customer service in trying to turn our experience around.Once we finally received our plans (after more than a year since we signed our contract with them) we went elsewhere to get our Construction Certificate and this latest experience with a new business has shown me just how inefficient and poor communicators TSF really were.

We were doing our due diligence trying to find an architect and a project manager for our water front home renovation at the time, but as soon as we met with Natasha, a design consultant at The Site Foreman, we were so impressed that we made a decision to sign the service agreement immediately.In our view, the team represents among the highest levels of customer service we have experienced. The tender process conducted by the Site Foreman allowed us to feel confident in selecting a builder for our major renovation as we didn’t really know any builders suited the type of build we had planned.The structured and time limited tender process meant we were able to meet and interview a range of builders with the appropriate experience for our job.The Site Foreman team could also speak about their experience on jobs with the builders was also helpful in arriving at our choice.

We engaged The Site Foreman for a knockdown rebuild. We used their Architectural Design service to design a unique home that suited all of our needs, their Tender Management to select an excellent builder, and their Project Management services to make sure that the build proceeded on time and to a high quality. I have to say that of all the people that we dealt with at The Site Foreman that absolutely everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and approachable. Importantly we also found that everyone was committed to ensuring a good outcome. We're delighted with the outcome and would happily recommend The Site Foreman.

I’m not sure it is possible to be any unhappier. We spent a year planning a first story addition. We spent $40,000 and never got to build. Architect left halfway through the project which we found out at the beginning of our initial DA meeting. When I spoke to the director of the company I was absolutely appalled by the misogyny. He repeatedly asked to speak to my husband.There is no way that I can recommend these guys.The entire process was disheartening and overwhelming. I have nothing good to say.
