I was blown away by the service I received from the young receptionist. She was so kind and understanding, which really helped to put me at ease during my visit. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I really appreciated her professionalism and her ability to make me feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to her. I would definitely recommend this medical center to others.

I jumped on here to tell of my awful experience with the lady with grey hair at the reception desk tonight, only to see dozens of other people have made the same complaints. I’m baffled as to why she is still working here!!Extremely rude and no empathy for sick people. Made me feel like I was wasting her time and voiced that “she and her manager were not happy with me” coming in to collect a pathology test kit. I had the paperwork, just needed the test.This could potentially be an amazing surgery if your first point of contact is not this horrible woman. If this was my business she would be out straight away for representing my practice so poorly.This surgery gets 1x star for the amazing nurse who helped me collect what I needed to collect without a bother at all.

This clinics phones are an absolute joke they never work or ring if u try to ring it says that the phone number is busy and to try again this has been happening for weeks and they do absolutely nothing about it we have told the receptionist multiple times and asked where to write a complaint about it and every time they say they will let someone know but nothing is ever done it is appalling for a doctors clinic to operate like that the doctors are good but trying to call to make an appointment or ask a question is virtually impossible

Disgusting customer service!Always booked out days and days ahead, I finally got in to see a doctor at 9:30pm!!! Who told me to see a physiotherapist. Upon trying to book in with multiple physiotherapist was told I needed a referral... called this medical centre" multiple times and even went in asking if they cld leave the doctor I saw a note to send me the referral to which they constantly and rudely flat out dismissed and refused telling me I would have to rebook days and days away late at night again to go over the same problem that was already on their computer to get the referral I should have been given the first time!!!"

An absolute pet peeve of mine is when you are dismissed by doctors. I came in on 12th June with an extremely painful headache and a very sore and stiff neck which stopped me from moving my head at all. I was briefly examined and told to get bed rest and use painkillers. After knowing that something wasn’t right and normal, I went straight to the ED and was admitted Immediately with the drs suspecting I had meningitis. 8 days later, I am still in hospital.This happened on another occasion recently with another doctor, where I fell and ended up with 2 torn ligaments, a fracture and cartilage damage in my ankle. An X-ray was done on site, however I was told all was good and just rest. When I asked if I even needed a moon boot, I was told no, even though I was unable to walk at all. After seeking further medical care, I was put in a moon boot for 12 days, then an ankle brace for 6 weeks and received physio therapy on top of this.I’ve only ever gone here as a last resort, however I’ve never been satisfied with the attention to detail, care or diagnosis.

I am concerned to read of all these negative reviews towards Jeanette when I was coming on here to leave a review expressing the opposite. Have had recent serious health issues and Jeanette has been nothing but accomodating and thanks to her I was able to get the required medical help in time. I’ve seen many people speak extremely rudely to the receptionists at the front desk when there are waits or they haven’t booked appointments so perhaps these people should review their own entitled attitudes.Dr khan is always extremely thorough and helpful.

Mum of 3. I come here quite often and for a few years now when I can’t get an appointment at my regular clinic.I have to mention the receptionist Janette. She is just awful, rude and lacks any sense of empathy or humanity. She argues the minute you ask any questions and just constantly hostile. This behaviour is constant on the phone and in person.I’ve seen soo many complaints about her in the Google reviews yet all the responses are a simple apology. Her behaviour is inexcusable and she should have been fired a long time ago. This clinic has signs asking us to treat the staff with respect, there is no reason that we should be subjected to her verbal abuse either.

Great experience. I wasn't expecting to find somewhere open on a Sunday night after I cut my foot open with rusty metal.Not only were they open they did my stitches and tetanus shot bulk billed and the wait was under 40 mins. The doctor nurse and receptionist were all really nice and I saved myself a trip to hospital.

Shocked to see so many horrible things being said about Jeanette. Myself, my children and partner have been coming here for years and she has been nothing but helpful, accommodating, understanding and kind.
