From the moment that we met Dan, we knew that we were working with someone who cares about what he does and who he works for. His attention to detail and craftmanship is top class and he is focussed on achieving the result that the client is seeking. Dan assisted us greatly when a part of the job went pear-shaped for no reason of his own and he worked tirelessly to ensure that the end result was to our satisfaction. Beautiful welcoming smile from Ali when I first walked in the door I thought this is great start.Things only got better in the shop with great product knowledge friendly service and a prompt quote.My Job was not your average install but Dan's can do attitude was very reassuring, he worked in with me on the complicated installation there were a few changes here and there but nothing was problem for him.I have a coupe of even more complicated flooring jobs coming up and so I will definitely be calling in to see Ali and Dan again.Shawn Keane,Tura Beach Electrical and Carpentry.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from this family business. Very professional but friendly from the first moment. Ali and Dan did all they could to help me finally decide on what I wanted and Dylan and his boys were amazing in the laying of my carpet and vinyl planks. Very critical of his own work, Dylan relaid some planks as he wasn’t happy, that speaks volumes of their desire to make sure that I was happy with the finished job. I am! Thank you to all the team. Recommend this business highly.

Big store, large variety of flooring types, lots of options and competitive prices. The staff today were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us understand what type of floor is best for our project and budget + gave us enough information to make the right decision. Highly recommend you visit, touch, see as there is so much to consider.

Sapphire Coast flooring installed floorboards in 4 rooms for us and have done a brilliant job. The floors look great!! They also got rid of the skanky old coverings we had at no extra cost. And their quote was very competitive compared to some other local flooring places. The guys that did the job were very friendly and respectful of the fact I was working from home while they were doing this. The installation took a bit longer than first advised but they did need to even out a floor with some concrete so that probably added to the time. Excellent job guys - highly recommend your services!
