Very stressful and frustrating experience dealing with his company. Originally told that installation would be 7-10 days but poorly completed in 7 weeks!! The director would confirm installation dates and times with me but no one would turn up - this occurred at least 8 times. Due to the stone being cut incorrectly at their factory, the installer dry-cut in my backyard without PPE and dust extraction fitted to tools (Safework NSW has been notified).Very rude Accounts Payable lady who insisted on being paid cash upon completion even though works were incomplete.

Quoted stone benchtop in early February and stated that install would be 1 week after kitchen island had been installed. Told each week that install on Friday so every week (3 weeks in a row)we would drive 2 hours each way to site and wait, each time they would cancel around 3pm on the day claiming COVID delays, finally installed on 4th booking. They literally put stone on bench and left, no silicon of gaps, nothing. Then had the hide to insist we pay CASH on the day, when at no time quoting was a cash price discussed and had not asked us to have cash the 3 previous weeks we had been there for install. Their communication was extremely poor, we were warned by our cabinet maker not to deal with them, but they were the only ones with our stone (building job lot)Bench top is of a professional standard and finish.
