We walked into store on Sunday, waited for about 20 minutes due to not having an appointment. Then welcomed and assisted by Alex Gnaccarini, which made the waiting absolutely worth it. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and experienced about these masterpiece. He is also very kind, patient to us. In a nutshell, extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks Alex and the hour glass team! Highly recommended! Would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Highly recommend this boutique. I am so lucky to meet my professional sales Mitch and he really helped me on learning the timepieces. He made my first Rolex watch happen for my birthday. I've lived in Melbourne for over ten years, but this is my first visit to the hour glass. I was looking for a watch for myself when I came across the most amazing sale, Jericho Zhan! He was very nice to me, showed me a variety of watches, and did not try to sell me anything. He asked about my interests and made some suggestions before assisting me in creating my expectation of interests. I know it's extremely difficult to obtain a dream watch these days, but he made me happy and provided me with a wealth of useful information. I would like to go shopping with him now and in the future, and I will recommend him to all of my friends. Jericho is one of the best sales staff I've ever met; I hope he becomes manager in the future so he can help even more people haha!

Had the best Rolex AD experience here. Alex Gnaccarini was patient and walked my partner and I through different watches available. I reckon it is safe to say that it is the right time to write a review. I have been into multiple other watch outlets and was never treated the same way as the amazing team in The Hour Glass. I am very pleased and thankful for everyone in The Hour Glass for taking their time to slowly show me all the amazing watches that were displayed in the store, and don't get me wrong, there were tons of watches to view through. Sifting through all of the amazing watches, Jericho, which was hands down one of the most knowledgeable and down to earth sales representative that I am proud to be able to call a friend, talked to me patiently for hours about my passion for watches which made my time there extremely pleasurable. In whole, I am glad to say that if you are into watches or love watches, The Hour Glass is honestly the place to be. Once again, thank you very much Jericho and the team at THG!

I had an excellent experience at The Hour Glass. I was able to secure an appointment with Bebe, who turned out to be a truly wonderful consultant. She was knowledgeable, attentive, kind and patient. I spent a long time sitting in the shop and trying on every watch I wanted, some of them several times, until I was able to make up my mind about my preferences. Bebe was not only helpful throughout the process, but encouraged me to try on even more watches and made me feel completely comfortable. Her knowledge was truly exceptional and made me feel like I was talking to a fellow watch enthusiast and not just being sold on something. I would definitely recommend The Hour Glass to anybody interested in fine watches!
