My husband ordered some windows through Jade at A&L and the service was fantastic. Responsive, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We had our windows in three weeks. Amazing service and products.

It’s been a long 7 weeks now since PD broke our hearts & dreams, but this week A&L Windows gave me back my hope & dreams. My biggest smile since the saga of March 31, 2023 unfolds.Shout out to the amazing team of A&L, as they promised to me they will be completing my windows! Installing my 4 metres window was unexpected but true to their words it happened last Friday, this feature window was the main reason why we chose Savoy 40 with PD and A & L Windows did it at NO additional COST from us.Kudos to Joel who has been helping me to make things happened, and told me A&L just wanted to help homeowners in this difficult circumstances, they will try to do their best.Yes, there are still genuine people willing to help us & not taking advantage of this mess we are in.A&L WINDOWS you are the best!!!!

I am extremely grateful to the staff (particularly Emma) for all of the assistance I was given when dealing with my issue. The problem was never with our windows but rather their incorrect installation by an outside source. The technical advice given on site, as well as the detailed written report was very helpful. To all at A&L Windows my heartfelt thanks.

Steve and Jake visited my property today and fitted four awning windows to replace four fixed windows. They were friendly, efficient, helpful and professional as they went about their work.

My house has A&L double glazed windows and doors. I've been trying to contact someone that can make me a security sliding door for my back door. I finally found number to call but interstate so I called to get the rudest none helpful Women on the phone she grunted snapped when I asked questions. I told her what I wanted told me to go on line fill out the quote form and someone from her office will call me back back bang went the phone. Wow she is good for your business. If she dont like her job she needs to find another one. I will now go without a security door. Would not want that person first contact at my business.

I tried to contact A & L Windows in Dec2022, with a follow up email sent in January. I had a response from Lily, soon after saying she was looking into my concerns with a number of Sash Window Locks on a few of my properties. These were sliding down the window edge channel or falling off altogether. The windows were installed new in 2015. In speaking with Lily, she was able to arrange replacement locks and keys to be sent out to be installed. Apparently there has been a redesign to the Sash Locks. These new type Locks were able to be retrofitted with ease. Although the Windows and Fittings were out of Warranty, Lily followed thru and went Over and Above to assist me in rectifying the issues. I can not thank her enough for her great assistance, and the support that A&L Windows has provided in standing behind there Products they manufacture and sell.Problems Solved in Febuary2023 to 100% Satisfaction of Customer.Thankyou Lily.Well Done A&L Windows

Shout out to Bernard and Zac. Nice people and quick and easy replacement window done for me. Pleased with the service and good quality windows throughout my home. Only one window cracked and they replaced it with minimal hassle.

Chris from A&L came and did some repairs on our A&L windows and boutique sliding doors. He was so professional and respectful of us and our home. He maintained good communication throughout and made sure that we understood what he was doing at the time. He did an amazing job! Thanks Chris!

I moved into my new home on the 22nd June 2022. Almost two months later I’m still waiting for A&L to rectify an issue with my sliding glass door.The door they have installed is terrible. The track is completely off centre and not levelled correctly. This then means, when the door is opened, the top is out of the track so it’s constantly bashing around in the wind and is not safe! Furthermore, because of this, the metal along the track has become rough and damaged. You wouldn’t want to accidentally run your hand across because you would be up for a tetanus injection.An absolutely shocking job and lack of communication or willingness to fix their dodgy workmanship.I have tried contacting the office on multiple occasions, I have had my builder trying to contact someone and the administration team with no luck. At one stage, A&L sent a text stating an appointment was made for someone to come to the property, though this was never confirmed with me and as I couldn’t contact anyone, the poor guy was left standing at my front door thinking someone was going to be home. Someone finally contacted me to ask why I wasn’t home which I told them I was at work and they need to arrange with their customers before booking in appointment. I was then told they could not come weekends when my days off were or after 4pm when my son arrived home from school. I was basically told too bad and made to feel like I had to take a pay cut because of their stuff up.I’m more than happy to rewrite my review when the issue is fixed. Though until then. Readers beware.

We had problems with our bi fold doors shortly after moving into our newly built home. Whilst it took some time for A&L to send out a representative to fix the problem, Andrew and Aaron, who came this morning were excellent ambassadors for the company. They came on time, went about carrying out the repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. They added some features that we didn't realise were missing from the doors and were able to show us a locking feature that we had never been shown. Whist they weren't able to complete the task today, I feel very confident that they will return asap and the doors will be even better than they are now!!
