I have been utilising the services of this AMAZING COMPANY for 10 years! In 2010, I asked them to set-up a home PC full server offering with proper safeguards from attempted fraud, phishing and cyber attack + monitor + cordless mouse. Guess what? After installation did not have one problem in 10 years. Incredible! A month ago I asked them to do a full PC server refresh, NEW server + Microsoft 2013 + Adobe + anti spam + anti-cyber detection. It is now 100% installed, so user friendly it's embarrassing and MOST IMPORTANTLY working even better then the one I had the last 10 years. $1, 500 charge and the best investment ever. Combined with NBN, high internet speed at Heathcote, I am living the dream! GREAT service. You got my vote and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making my life easy - at home, and when I work from home.

My first encounter with Himark (Replacing a broken touch screen) was a disappointment with a serious, but intermittent, problem.When I did have time to take it back, a few months later, they put in considerable effort to find the cause and then replaced the replacement screen to provide a permanent fix.Thanks for your efforts and the resolution.

Himark Computers helped me with my computer purchase immensely. It was the day before Christmas, and they built a computer the same day, and delivered to my house since I had no way of getting there later that day. My computer works perfectly and I'm in love with it. Thanks to Himark Computers I had a computer for my Christmas holidays and I can play the games I want on it so 5 stars from a happy customer :)

Solved problem of PC tower not powering on. The suspected problem was a power supply problem, this was not the case. The solution was one that ended up being a cheaper problem to solve. I appreciated the honesty. I also called asking if I could bring my PC in same-day on a Saturday at midday. They said yes, I brought it in, and I brought my PC back repaired same day at 3:30pm. Amazing service, affordable, timely, and honest. Highly recommended.

Took my iMac in with a failed HDD to get repaired as I cracked the OUTER Screen when I tried to do it. The Computer WAS working perfectly when I dropped it off, just had a crack in the glass. I got told it was ready to be picked up, then I got told to wait while they checked it, only to be told the INNER Screen had pixel issues and it was going to cost me $1800 to repair. The pixel issues were not there when I dropped it off, and fact now the right side of the screen is half missing... I damaged the left OUTER screen when I was trying to fix it.. They can't just simply admit THEY broke it and fix it like they should, I was told, see what Apple think and let us know, I don't need Apple to tell me they screwed up and cost me a $3000 computer.. Well here comes $3000 worth of free publicity, you did ask for a Google review.
