Ordered the 1/2 chicken and chips and 1/4 chicken and chips with the wing section. The half chicken had no skin on it which made me think sum grub had eaten it so that went to dog and the 1/4 chicken come with the leg,not the wing which I ordered , I did not like it at all, but on a good note the dog ate like a king! Never order from there again!

Waited in drive through for 40mins.20 mins at the speaker to order and 20 mins at the waiting bay. Absolute joke

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have just had the worst experience with your staff inc the apparent manager Keenan we placed an order on line checked in and in the notes I noted my partner would collect and he asked twice for our order from your staff and was ignored both times. Upon phoning the store I was told that their ignorance of my partner was not on them and they called my name out however he was ignored when we asked for the order. I have myself worked in fast food and silver service and no wonder your store is filthy and a disgrace. I request my order be refunded and I be contacted with an apology

Went in the other night with my wife, and there was a bloke named Cooper working the shift. He was super friendly and professional, we asked for freshness, and that is exactly what we got for the whole family.My wife has had a few interactions with a lady named Sage and with every visit or call, she is overly happy. These staff members are what makes the company and stores worth going to. We will certainly continue to keep on going there. The bosses should be happy and proud of the staff.

Sometimes you get a big surprise,the customer service here was great,big smiles and quick service,this team have got it sorted out I reckon great stuff keep it up,good burgers/well presented

This shop was not clean at all. Toilets were disgraceful. Tables weren't wiped down either and Rubbish still on some. The food was fresh and hot and the young guy who served us was pleasant, these are honestly the only positive comments I can make. Your response is strange to say the least. I stated the facts about our visit to this store and your reply states at the moment. Mmmm shouldn't it be clean all the time.

5 stars for fresh hot honey chicken served and delivered fresh from Nerang team twice over.Will not only be back for the yummy consistent food but also the warm & bubbly customer service from Sage.
