Some years ago as I was hurdling towards retirement age, I approached James with a view to improve the turnover of my practice over a set timeframe, in order to improve it’s market value. He and I set an ambitious but realistic target over a four year time frame. We achieved that target two years ahead of schedule and are now 50% ahead. I cannot speak more highly of the Petpack team, always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

James Ramsden and all of the team at PetPack have been so incredibly professional and easy to work with. We have a package of services with PetPack that really are working well for us at the Champion Lake Vet Centre - monthly newsletters for our clients, a brand new wonderful website, and Google ads.We highly recommend PetPack for anyone wishing to enhance their business for the betterment of their clients.

We have used PetPack for many years and many years too long. They were managing our website, newsletter and reminders. About 6 years ago James Ramsden convinced us to also take over our adwords. He said he would get up and running in a few weeks. We were busy with a move and it was over 6 months later that we checked and found our adwords were not running. We contacted PetPack and were told they never started! We had a meeting with James and explained that this was totally unsatisfactory not contacting us if they couldn't do as they promised. This cost us considerable new business. They had also managed our website but they let it become so outdated. We subsequently took both adwords and the website off PetPack. I have been a Director of the business for the past 7 years managing amongst other things, marketing and they have never contacted me. The only reason we kept them was for reminders. They wrote to us a week or so ago and said they were not doing that anymore but expected us to pay almost the same cost for their newsletter! Was $440 per month and going to be $385! When I said we signed up for the reminders and when they said they were withdrawing, that was the end of the agreement. PetPack then said I had to pay for another month as I had to give 30 days notice! We will never deal with James Ramsden again. I have recently engaged the services of James and the team at Pet Pack and I am so very impressed with their service! James, Louise, Robin and Adam have been amazingly helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been well looked after. They have even helped me get the right help for things that I needed that they don't actually do (email!!)
