We bought two shampoos as per the suggestion of the sales person. However, after single usages, we were not happy with any of those product. We bought several items before and it served us well so not aware of their return policy. When we went to return these products we were asked whether there was any severe allergic reaction. No. So what? Even in coles/Woolworths with their everyday product offers refund and return if you are not happy with it. Complete wastage of money. We usually buy from Lush and they always accept return if we don't like it although we have never had to. Would never go back!!!! Shame for such a renowned brands with expensive items.

20/03/21Blacktown shop staff were extremely unhelpful and oblivious to the customer (myself) that had just walked into their shop. Seemed they were too busy continuing their conversation to pay any mind to the shop they were meant to be looking after. Did not greet me, did not offer any help and barely looked my way as I browsed the store. Some proper training is clearly required as your staff are extremely incompetent at their jobs

Jordan was lovely and very knowledgable, he provided great service despite how busy the store was and there was only one other staff member

Was helped by a lovely assistant who knew a lot about the products. I wanted to do further research about a product and just before I left she intuitively gave me a sample to try without me asking. Some shop owners are not as nice if you don't buy something - this was not the case. Thanks!

Today I was greeted by a very friendly, smiley girl as soon as I walked in. She was very attentive and helpful in all aspects. I cant be any more grateful for her help and assistance. It's very rare to have such great customer service these days.I didn't check her name badge, but my receipt said i was served by Kezia, so I hope that was her account. Fantastic service.

Today 2 staff members working 15/10/22 working at 3:20pm. Both were too busy talking to each other and not acknowledging the customer… we need help on the products and we’re in store 10mins they both were too busy chatting to each other…extremely rude and disciplinary action must b taken by manager..

Clean, good range, affordable-luxury prices, friendly service.

Only been in here a couple of times but the service was fantastic. Very lovely staff and products though pricey are going for a good cause. I just love what this store supports.
