Highly recommend! I got a piercing today and the lady who did it was so kind and understanding espically if you are nervous.

Such a rude and unreasonable customer service. 10 mins late for an appointment- told us to wait for till other appointments were done. Fair enough if it was consistent-Only the next appointment was late as well and even declined to swap us and easily could have fitted us from the time we came to when the next person came. Oh and the whole service only took 8 minutes even if the time slots were 15 mins each when we did stay back with a small child. The girl tells us it is like a doctor service,if you are late you go back- no doctor service I’ve ever come across works like that as you swap and get around it even if the doctor is on time. As for the service- most other places do both ears simultaneously but this place does one at a time even if the piercing locations is marked out on both ears prior to the first time,Again weird logic. Please try Lovissa in cairns next time people- they have a more welcoming policy and do it simultaneously. They just had only one staff at the time unfortunately when we tried as a walk-in

Every time! Always check the pricing of each item you purchase. Wether it be a dollar or more they will scalp you for it. If something is $5 they will charge you $6 unless you say otherwise. Then they will check and make a hard faced apology. To many times have I gone to purchase an item at one price and then have to double check for the correct price.

Great place for piercings. The bag of salt they give you for cleaning is hilarious. Great range of jewellery and good advice. Beautiful giftwares

This shop is such a positive shop to go to. Today tho not so! The younger girls are such delightful girls very helpful and always happy and positive. Today the elderly lady was shity and full of attitude which didn’t make my time in the shop enjoyable. I purchased tumbled stones and was questioned on where I picked them out of. When shown she didn’t believe me and all I got was ‘are you sure’ from where? ‘are you sure’ as if I’d done something wrong. I let it slide. I went back to buy myself a something else after I’d thought about it and the young girl there gave me a deal (thank you) and once again I was met with attitude from the elderly lady after sharing with her the deal I’d been given. Not called for, I’ll be making sure to only shop there when elderly one is not working. I don’t need her negativity.

Got a nose piercing here and everyone who served me was very polite, welcoming and had a great attitude. I’m someone who has a lot of anxiety and was nervous about my piercing but because of their warm and friendly personalities it made easier for me to chill out before my piercing!10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who was looking to get a piercing or just know general for a shop.

I have now had two ear piercings done here, conch and helix and my experience has been fantastic. I highly recommend Karma house for piercings. The staff here are professional and very kind! They have done a wonderful job for me. The lovely lady that pierced my ears is very knowledgeable and ensures you are comfortable. Thank you!!
