5 Stars are not enough! Our local area has a rare mix of very good real estate agents and locals sometimes find it difficult to decide on who to chose. However in our opinion there is a stand out leader in the pack, and for a very good reason. We did a very thorough due diligence exercise on who to select to run our campaign for the sale of our house. We had fairly strict criteria and thought we would speak to everyone to ensure we made an informed decision. The must haves: 1) obviously, the thirst and capacity for the best outcome; 2) an excellent, thorough and high quality marketing campaign; 3) excellent, open and transparent communications with all parties involved; 4) efficient, responsive and open to feedback; 5) excellent local knowledge of the market 6) someone we could trust, with high level integrity and who our buyers could trust as well; and finally, 7) someone we wanted to deal with, kindness and congeniality! We could not recommend Dean enough for a sale campaign, he wowed us from the beginning, from the very first presentation he had with us to be selected, and his momentum never failed at any stage of the campaign.
