Hayden is a honest, pro-active and efficient Real Estate Agent. When we were looking into purchasing our home on the Far South Coast, we were very lucky to deal with Hayden. Violette Simic has been our landlord's representative for a property in Merimbula. During our tenancy, we've had several encounters questioning Violette's honesty and integrity. Upon vacating the property, there were a handful of issues, most notable, and most easily overlooked of which I had already brought to the owner's attention.In an approach that felt more vindictive than professional, Violette decided to withhold our entire bond of $1680 due to a couple of overlooked dirty appliances (an honest mistake), a $150 mattress we'd already agreed with the owner to replace, and a carpet stain.Violette's conduct seems to lean more towards blackmail than adhering to legal procedures. Despite repeated requests, I am still waiting for her to fulfill her obligations by providing the required documentation regarding the attempted bond seizure.Mainly-itemised list detailing seizure of the bond and associated costsHer continuous failure to do so is not only exasperating but deeply concerning.If Violette is reflective of the representatives working at this company, I strongly recommend others to think twice before getting involved. Transparency, respect for tenants' rights, and adherence to legal protocols are non-negotiable aspects of property management, and in these areas, our experience has been far less than satisfactory.
