Last Saturday I called in to buy some screws which needed to be a specific size and needed to have a little bit cut off, A very small purchase but Morris was happy to this for me, for which I was most grateful. This kind of excellent service is why I don't go to Bunnings.

He answered all my questions and even anticipated one and some of my needs .he took the time to understand what it was that I actually needed.
