Hype DC Claremont

Just had the worst customer service experience of my entire life here. Walked in looking for platform doc martens. The sales lady was running around while a bunch of people waited which was fine as she was clearly busy and the only one there. I saw the shoe that looked to be my size on display and tried it on. It fit perfectly. The lady came up to me and asked how I was going, I said “great I’d like to buy these please”. She responded by telling me “No, I’ve been looking for that size for someone else” and took the shoe out of my hands for someone else to try on. I’ve never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life. Walked out feeling very defeated.

Had a great experience at Claremont Hype where mark the store manager helped us out with my 2 daughters he showed a lot of patience and experienceGreat service shown by mark thanks for all your help

Really disappointed by the service today, I came in with my daughter to buy us both new shoes spent about 20 minutes picking up what we wanted but the 3 girls just sat in the corner talking we never got so much as a hello, not to worry we spent our money elsewhere.

Awesome shopping experience thx to Linley and Alex, my go to herein, super happy with the choice, price n service, highly recommend. Will be back. Thx guys.

Nice shoes but they don't have my size (14)

Very disappointed with the shoes I've just received.I ordered the shoes in the Claremont store on Tuesday, the guy that helped me was great, unfortunately they did not have my size so we had to order the pair which has just been delivered.I just opened the box (white addidas) and one shoe is looking old and dirty, obviously an ex demo shoe. But the worst part is that it has a stain the size of a tennis ball on the front which is meant to be white... It looks like it tried to be clean but very visible in the right light. Very disappointed..I just rang the store and the staff was really friendly and offered a replacement straight away.. I can't take it back for another 4 days and it will be another week until I get the shoes.. Not very happy..Once again, staff in Claremont was great, can't say the same about the staff who packed the shoes
