I was lucky enough to find them to help manage my property in Gympie, after having an awful experience with a previous property manager, who left my property, and my rent, in neglect for years. Kylie, Grant and team are so fast, efficient, professional and kind. I feel so secure knowing they are looking after my home and also treat my tenant with respect and kindness too. They have been helping me with my property for so many years, and it's consistently A+ service. Their level of professionalism is unparralelled! highly recommend.

They're the best rental agent in gympie. I had been a tenant for 2 years with them. The only thing we had to move out was because my husband got a job in Townsville. They're very responsive. The manager Kylie is so helpful with everything and they look after the property really well. Now that we're still looking for a place to rent in Townsville shows how much better Welcome Home Rentals than any other rental agents here in Townsville. Welcome home rentals treats potential tenants and tenants professonally. I wish i could find a rental agent like this one in townsville but they keep canceling our inspection dates and treat us very rudely. Welcome home rentals is the best!! Highly recommended!

We have had the recent delight in renting a property with Ray White Gympie. We've been renting for over 20years, and this team is by far the best with communication and their lovely energy is a welcomed bonus!With such a negative stigma attached to Renting at the moment, it has been very refreshing to interact with people who are so welcoming, kind and efficient. The amount of detail that went into the condition report was next level - it gives us piece of mind (I'm sure the owners would agree!). The system used to do the report was user friendly and very thorough. It was easy to write your own comments and upload photos if needed.In the future, if we ever became Investors, we wouldn't even look around - we would go directly to Ray White Gympie to have them be our team. Kylie, Grant, and the Welcome Home Rentals team are the best! I've owned a few properties over the years and none of the rental agents I've used before come close to the excellent service these guys provide. I leave to Kylie and her team to look after as I know they'll treat my property as if it was there own. They only need contact me for the major issues that may crop up from time to time and even then they usually have the answers. You can't go wrong putting your investment property in their hands.
