A lovely oasis as I spent a week hiking the Bungles. Clean and tidy and a great bed for my old man bad back. A friendly welcome and country hospitaility. Thanks to Gwinny and Henry. Good value and better than a hotel or caravan park for hikers.

Amazing find ! Grace is such a wonderful host. Her place is very history and sparkling clean. You need to ask her the significance of the cottage to her. She even let us use the kitchen to cook our own meal. The eggs are straight from her chooks in her own backyard. This is truly a home away from home !

Grace was a wonderful,warm host at Langley Cottage. Everything was clean and very comfortable at this former maternity hospital, that looks like a normal house in the streets of Coonabarabran.The beds were extremely comfortable too.The kitchen was plentifully-stocked with excellent food for breakfast, and the separate guest's refrigerator was an excellent idea for travellers like our party of 4.We'll certainly consider staying again if we're back to Coonabarabran.

Grace is such a welcoming beautiful host. We felt we had a home away from home . Exceptionally Clean , warm rooms , most comfortable bed and super good shower pressure too :)Off street undercover parking and fresh eggs from the chicken in the garden for breakfast.We can only recommend you to stay here a few days and check out the area. We will come back next time for sure !

This charming old Maternity hospital is warm and welcoming with reminders of the past. The owner Grace is just a lovely person and so very welcoming who makes you just appreciate Coonabarabran and is a joy to have a conversation with. Grace made our visit to town all the more enjoyable after a long drive.

This place was a surprise. After ringing the usual motels without luck we tried Langley. I Spoke to the lovely host who was fantastic and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and on arrival we found a very clean and comfortable house. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. We cooked ourselves a great breakfast from a big selection of choices before departing on the rest of our trip. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone stopping over at coonabarabran. I give it 10/10. Daz

Very quiet location with off street parking. Grace is pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and would always prefer the property for future visits. It turns out that my wife had an aunt who worked at the property back when it was a hospital. Barbara Byrne, not sure of the time frame but probably late 40s early 50s.

Langley Cottage B & B
After a day of motorcycling in the cold, wet, windy weather, Grace welcomed us into her beautiful restored cottage home. Our beds were warm and very comfortable, we cooked bacon and fresh eggs from the backyard chooks for breakfast in the well appointed kitchen, and chatting with Grace was like staying with your favourite aunt. We will be back!

Only way to describe Langley Cottage is it’s a home away from home.Grace our Beautiful host was nothing but gracious friendly and nothing was a problem, such a delight and pleasure to stay at such a welcoming B&B.Beds were so Crispy clean comfy & snug. We will definitely keeping her on our diary to return. Thank you grace.
