Lovely lady greeted me at the front desk. I was ushered into a cubicle where the massage I had was both relaxing and therapeutic. After hot rocks, oil and a very capable masseuse I emerged feeling relaxed and restored. The issue in my leg was helped immensely. Overall a great experience. I will continue to visit.

I zipped in today and had a 30 minute neck, shoulders and head remedial massage with Bob. I’ve had a lot of massages of the years and I’d have to say this was one of the best.

I had an issue with my neck. Two of the massage therapists spoke of the best solution to help fix the problem. Anna did an amazing job. I'll be going back again in the future for sure!

I've had a pain in the hip for 3 weeks, had a few goes with myotherapy which sort of fixed it but it would return the next day. The pain progressively got worse until I was at the shopping center limping about. When I almost fell off the loo from the shooting pain I decided I'm over it and ready to give anything a go. I thought i'd try Zen since i was right there and couldn't handle the thought of having the pain over the weekend.I asked for their advise and had a combination of massage, acupuncture and cupping which cost $110 for a touch over an hour.. I was at a stage where they easily could have ripped me off because I was so sore and fed up with it, but they didn't. Long story short i walked out without a limp and was 50% better. the next day I was 90% better the day after 100% better and 5 days later I am still free of pain. Interestingly the source of the soreness was determined by feeling my pulse and was treated in my back. I will not hesitate to return when I feel the need.

I've been going here on and off every couple of months for the past 5 years. They consistently have very good massages, both Lee and Ana are highly experienced and ive never left feeling as though i missed out. Very experienced staff. My only advice is to let them know what kind of massage your looking for and you shouldn't be disappointed. Just remember this is a mall massage place and may at times be a little noisy.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Anna today. Anna found all of the tight spots and did some cupping to loosen them off. Having been there and had Anna before, it's somewhere I would definitely go back to. Always walk out feeling amazing.
