Interesting selection of plants have been sold here even though this is a florist, not a nursery.Bought Rose apple plant and white champaka from here at reasonable prices. Happy plants so far.Prices were negotiated which was great.Staff was helpful but didn't know much about the plants. She asked the owner who wasn't very eager to sell and talk to customer.Plants should have been labelled with names and prices.

I ordered a wreath for my sister, they sent the one the left (dark /burgundy) which looked nothing like the picture on their website, picture on the right (bright/purple - designers choice). When I emailed their so called quality team, they referred back to website that says its designers choice of flowers that doesn't necessarily have to be the exact as the picture on their website. Blacktown Florist/Petals Florist network, teleflora, this was a rib off.

Ive been ordering flowers from here for years and they always provide really beautiful arrangements at a very reasonable price. Don't order through their website, call or walk into the shop. They are really friendly and provide an excellent service.Just ordered these (over the phone) in the morning at 10am, they were delivered by midday.Could not be happier
